DAY 1
Arrive in Hanoi
  • Arrive Hanoi, half-day city tour - Ho Chi Minh Complex (mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, stilt house, One Pillar Pagoda), Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, 36 Streets old quarter, Train Street.
  • Indian dinner;
  • overnight Hanoi.
DAY 2
  • Drive to Halong Bay (160 km, ~3.5 hrs), board overnight cruise - welcome drink, Stalemate Cave visit, sunset happy hours, cooking demo, dinner on board;
  • optional squid fishing/karaoke.
  • No guide on the bus leg.
DAY 3
  • Tai-chi on deck, island viewpoint climb and beach time, brunch on board, disembark ~noon, transfer to Noi Bai airport and fly to Da Nang.
  • Dinner at a local restaurant;
  • overnight Da Nang.
DAY 4
  • Leisure morning;
  • afternoon to Hoi An via Marble Mountain and Non Nuoc stone village, Cam Thanh coconut-village basket-boat ride and show, walking tour of Hoi An ancient town (communal house, Hoi Kien temple, Tan Ky merchant houses, Japanese Covered Bridge, local market).
  • Indian dinner;
  • overnight Da Nang.

  • Bana Hills day - cable car, French villas, suspension bridge, Nui Chua peak (1,487 m), Vong Nguyet villa, Buddha monument, Fantasy Park, Golden Bridge;
  • back down, Han Market shopping, Dragon/Han River/Love bridges.
  • All meals;
  • overnight Da Nang.

  • Fly Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City;
  • evening city sights - Notre-Dame (Red) Cathedral, Old Post Office, People's Committee Hall, French Opera House, Cafe Apartment.
  • Indian dinner;

  • Mekong Delta day - Tien river cruise past four islands, Thoi Son island orchards and honey farm, village tram rides, folk music, coconut-canal rowing boat, coconut candy factory.
